The mobile RVDF is a containerized unit that can be transported to any worksite. It is primarily used in petroleum solid-liquid separation applications.

When extracting oil, have you encountered the following situations that force you to relocate drilling operations?

If you encounter situations requiring frequent relocation of drilling operations while equipped with fixed-installation solid-liquid separation equipment on-site, you will inevitably face two major challenges: either spending significant time and manpower dismantling, transporting, and reinstalling the equipment, or purchasing additional new equipment to adapt to the new work site. Both approaches severely reduce operational efficiency and substantially increase labor and material costs.

In contrast, if you choose our mobile solid-liquid separation equipment, there is no need for disassembly and reassembly. It can be flexibly relocated directly to drilling sites, eliminating cumbersome disassembly, assembly, and transportation processes while avoiding the additional expense of repeated purchases. This truly achieves cost reduction and efficiency gains.

How to operate this vacuum drum filter?

This is our touch screen (operating panel). It is divided into three parts:the first part is the pre-coating zone, the second part is the filtration zone, and the third part is the vacuum zone.

You can choose between Auto Mode and Manual Mode here.In Auto Mode, the entire filtration process runs automatically. First, select AUTO mode. Then press AUTO Start to begin the process.

Then the filtration process starts. You can turn on the feed pump, and valve No. 8 will open automatically. As the drum rotates, the cake continues to form. You can set the position of the scraper to scrape off the filter cake. The cake is then discharged through the screw feeder. This is a bi-directional screw feeder. The two sets of flights rotate towards each other, pushing material to the center and discharging it from the middle.

The pre-coating process has started. You can see the DE mixing motor is running. It drives the mixing impeller to stir the DE in the tank. You can open valve No. 15 to add clean water.Valves No. 2, 4, and 7 are now fully open automatically. The DE pump is running, sending the pre-coating slurry to the slurry tank. The agitator motor in the slurry tank is running to keep the slurry mixed. The drum is rotating in the forward direction. The vacuum pump is running, pulling air out of the drum. This draws DE onto the drum surface, forming a cake layer that gradually builds up in thickness. When the DE cake reaches the set thickness, the pre-coating process is complete. The DE mixing will continue running until the DE slurry in the tank is completely drained, to prevent the DE from settling. You can stop it manually by toggling this switch to OFF.

You can adjust the knife position here. Move it forward to get closer to the drum, or move it backward to retract it. When you finish, press this button to return the scraper to its home position.

The filtrate and air from the drum flow into the gas-liquid separation tank. Air is vented from the top of the tank.Inside the tank, there is a liquid level control valve that controls the filtrate pump. When the liquid level reaches the high level, the filtrate pump turns on automatically to discharge the filtrate.
