Water Circulation Tank and Spray Water Inlet Pipeline

In the operating system of a vacuum drum filter, the water circulation tank and spray water inlet pipeline are key auxiliary components that ensure filtration efficiency, stability, and environmental performance. Their design and functionality are directly tailored to the core processes of drum filtration, such as solid-liquid separation, filter cake washing, and maintenance of vacuum continuity.

The spray water inlet pipeline serves as the core distribution component in the “filter cake washing stage” of the drum filter. Its role is to uniformly deliver washing water (or specific cleaning agents) to the spray zone on the drum surface. Through high-pressure spraying, it removes residual soluble impurities from the filter cake surface, reduces the moisture content of the filter cake, and enhances the overall filtration effect.
