Agitation Connecting Rod in the Agitator

The agitation connecting rod is to stably and efficiently transmit the power generated by the driving device to the agitation blades. Through its own rotation, it drives the agitation blades to stir the material within the slurry tank, ensuring that the agitation blades can perform operations such as pushing, shearing, and dispersing the material at an appropriate rotational speed and torque. In this way, it realizes the circulating flow of the material inside the slurry tank, prevents material sedimentation, and promotes sufficient contact between the solid and liquid phases.

The agitation connecting rod is usually made of robust metal materials, such as stainless steel. It has relatively high strength and rigidity, and can withstand the resistance and impact force from the material during the agitation process, as well as the torque generated by its own rotation. It is not prone to deformation or fracture, thus ensuring the stability and reliability of the equipment during long – term operation.
