Scraper discharge rotating drum filter
Scraper discharge rotating drum filter is a common open-type device featuring an external filtration surface. It is fed from the rear (or bottom) and uses a scraper for discharge.
The working principle of this filter is as follows: the filter cloth operates in sync with the rotary drum, and under the action of vacuum (negative pressure), it separates solids from liquids in the suspension.
Characterized by high automation and continuous operation, it is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, tailings processing, and environmental protection.
Application
This filter is suitable for filtering suspensions with moderate solid-phase concentration and specific gravity, and relatively uniform particle size. It is applicable in the following scenarios:
