Small Continuous Rotary Drum Vacuum Filter is a little machine was made just for a factory in South Korea. That factory wanted a machine that fits it perfectly, so Yinuo made the machine bit by bit to match what the factory needed. After making it, Yinuo’s Quality Inspection Department tested the machine carefully. Now the check is done! The little machine is all packed up, and it’s going to take a ship to South Korea. Soon, it will help out at that factory!

Continuous Small RDVF display

This is a continuous small rotary drum vacuum filter, mainly used for solid – liquid separation. The entire machine is mounted on a yellow base frame, and its structure is compact. The prominent rotary drum part is the core filtering component, with a white filter cloth covering its surface. Various mechanical parts and pipes are arranged around the rotary drum, cooperating to complete the filtering work. This continuous small rotary drum vacuum filter is suitable for multiple industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and mining. It can handle various suspensions with low solid content, fine particles, and the need for continuous separation, such as fermentation broth, mineral slurry, and chemical reaction liquid.

Small Rotary Drum Vacuum Filter

Core components

Control box: It serves as the “brain” of the entire equipment. Through various buttons and displays on it, workers can control the start, stop, and operating parameters of each part of the filter, such as the rotation speed of the rotary drum and the working status of the pumps.
Air-liquid separator: Its function is to separate air and liquid in the system. During the filtration process, when air and liquid pass through it, they can be effectively separated, ensuring the normal operation of the filtration and subsequent processes.
Scraper: After solid particles are intercepted on the surface of the rotary drum to form a filter cake, the scraper is used to scrape the filter cake off the drum surface so that the solid can be collected.
Scraper driver equipment: It provides power for the scraper, enabling the scraper to move properly to complete the task of scraping the filter cake.
Rotary drum: It is the core filtering component. The drum is covered with a filter medium. When it rotates, the suspension is filtered on its surface, with the liquid passing through the filter medium and the solid being retained.
Rotary drum driver equipment: This equipment drives the rotary drum to rotate at a certain speed, ensuring the continuous progress of the filtration process.
Overflow outlet: When the suspension in the equipment exceeds a certain level, it can flow out from the overflow outlet, preventing the suspension from overflowing and maintaining the normal liquid level in the equipment.
Spray outlet: It is used to spray liquid (such as cleaning water) onto the rotary drum or filter medium. It can clean the filter medium to restore its filtration performance or assist in the treatment of the filter cake.
Agitator: It is usually installed in the slurry tank. By stirring, it can prevent the solid particles in the suspension from settling, keeping the suspension in a uniform state, which is beneficial for the subsequent filtration process.
Agitator driver: It supplies power to the agitator, making the agitator gyration to achieve the stirring effect.
Filtrate pump: After the liquid passes through the filter medium of the rotary drum, it becomes filtrate. The filtrate pump is used to transport the filtrate to the next process or storage device.
Filtrate outlet: The filtrate separated by filtration is discharged from the filtrate outlet.
Centrifugal pump: It can be used to transport the suspension to the filtration system or transport other liquids in the system, providing power for the liquid flow.
Mixing tank: It is a container used to store and mix the suspension. The suspension can be fully mixed in the tank before entering the filtration process, ensuring the stability of the material composition.

Continuous Small RDVF Packaging

The packaging of the Continuous Small Rotary Drum Vacuum Filter for solid – liquid separation, as shown in the picture, is meticulously designed to ensure the equipment’s safety during transportation and storage.

Outer Packaging

The equipment is encased in a sturdy wooden crate. This wooden structure is made of high – quality timber, which possesses excellent load – bearing capacity and impact resistance. It can effectively protect the internal equipment from external collisions, squeezes, and other mechanical damages during long – distance transportation, especially during loading and unloading processes. The surface of the wooden crate is smooth and free from burrs, preventing any potential scratches to the equipment or injury to handling personnel.

Internal Protection

Inside the wooden crate, the equipment is likely secured with specialized fixtures and cushioning materials. These fixtures are custom – made according to the shape and structure of the filter, ensuring that the equipment remains stable and does not shift within the crate. The cushioning materials, such as foam or shock – absorbing pads, are placed around the key components (like the rotary drum, control box, and air – liquid separator) to absorb shocks and vibrations that may occur during transportation, further reducing the risk of damage to precision parts.

Sealing and Labeling

The wooden crate is sealed tightly to prevent dust, moisture, and other contaminants from entering, which could affect the performance of the equipment. Additionally, there are clear labels on the crate, indicating important information such as the equipment name (“Continuous Small Rotary Drum Vacuum Filter”), model number, destination, handling instructions (e.g., “Handle with Care”, “Keep Dry”), and warning signs (e.g., “Do Not Stack”). These labels help ensure that the equipment is handled correctly throughout the logistics process.

Adaptability to Transportation

The overall packaging design takes into account various transportation scenarios, whether by land, sea, or air. The dimensions and weight of the wooden crate are optimized to comply with transportation regulations and maximize space utilization, while still guaranteeing the safety of the equipment. This thoughtful packaging solution ensures that the Continuous Small Rotary Drum Vacuum Filter arrives at the customer’s site in perfect condition, ready for installation and operation.
